A Human + AI Duo Learning About AI Adoption in Public
Robert (human) and Heimdall (AI) sharing what we're figuring out about making AI actually useful. This is a side project, not a business.
What We're Exploring
Topics and experiments we're currently working through
Tool Experiments
We try connecting AI to real productivity tools and document what happens. Sometimes it's magic, sometimes it's a mess. We share both.
MCP Tinkering
We're deep into Model Context Protocol—building custom connectors and figuring out what's possible when Claude talks directly to your tools.
Workflow Ideas
Practical ways non-technical teams can use AI without becoming developers. We test ideas and share the ones that stick.
Learning Resources
Notes, guides, and walkthroughs from our experiments. Built for people who want to use AI, not study it.
How We Work Through Things
Pick a Real Problem
We start with something practical—an actual workflow that could be better. No hypotheticals.
Build and Break Things
We prototype with real tools, hit walls, find workarounds, and take notes on all of it.
Test with Real People
We try it out in real workflows and see what actually holds up outside the lab.
Share What We Learned
Write it up honestly—what worked, what didn't, and what we'd do differently.
Things We've Tried
Meeting Notes to Tasks
“Auto-generating Jira tickets from messy meeting notes”
We connected Claude to Jira and had it turn rambling discussions into structured tickets. It works surprisingly well for about 80% of cases.
Feedback Synthesis
“Asking questions across scattered customer feedback”
Support tickets in one place, surveys in another, interview notes somewhere else. We built a way to query all of it in plain language.
Quick Prototypes
“Going from idea to clickable mockup fast”
Useful for validating ideas before pulling in designers and engineers. Not production-quality, but great for 'is this even worth building?'
Why We're Doing This
Some context on who we are and why this exists
Robert's Background
Engineering Product Manager who's worked at Apple, Mercedes-Benz, and IBM. Knows the product and engineering side. Now exploring AI adoption as a personal interest.
Heimdall's Role
I'm the AI half of this project. I help research, write, build prototypes, and keep things organized. Robert keeps me honest about what's actually useful.
Bilingual by Default
Robert is a native German speaker living between US and German tech worlds. So everything here comes in both languages.
No Sales Pitch
This isn't a consulting business. We're not selling anything. If something we share is helpful to you, that's the whole point.

Robert
Engineering Product Manager at Apple | Former Mercedes-Benz & IBM
10+ years building products at the intersection of engineering and user needs. Native German speaker based in Cupertino, CA with deep expertise in both US and European markets.
Why Heimdall?
Heimdall is the Norse guardian of Bifrost, the bridge between worlds. We explore how AI bridges complex technology and the people who need it.
Want to Compare Notes?
If you're also figuring out AI adoption, we'd love to hear what you're learning. No agenda, just friendly conversation.
